Incidents can be created via both the web and via API.
Click [Create Incident] from the [Incident List].
From [Create Incident], enter the Incident Name and Simultaneous Notification text.
The checkbox will be checked for Contacts that the user wishes to notify by default, but this may be changed when creating an Incident.
You can add users to your Contacts list from the [Add Guests] drop-down menu. Click [Notify All and Create] button.
A notice will be sent to the Contacts within the Contact list set up at the same time as Incident Creation.
An error message will be displayed if there are errors with the Incident name or the Simultaneous Notification text.
