List of Terms

Organization

Unit for each subdomain that manages the user and the incident.

Domain

The part after @ on user's registered email address.

User

Person who can sign in and use Reactio.

Project

A group of users divided according to their task and job within an organization (Freely moved around depending on the structure of the organization)

. Example of Groups

  • Divisions: the First Marketing Division, the Second Marketing Division, Development, Planning, Distribution
  • Roles:Infrastructure Team, App Team, Support Team
  • Services: xx Website Management, xx Game Administration, xx System Management

Project Assignment

Linking related users in each project

Project Authority

Range of operation permitted in a project

Guest

User that is not assigned to a project but has been assigned to deal the incident

API

RESTful API for creating and obtaining the resource of the Reactio's function such as "Incident", "Simultaneous Notification", and "Timeline Messages" using external tool and original program

API Explanation

Webhook

Feature regarding the resources of several of Reactio's features ("Incident", "Timeline Topic", "Timeline Messages" "Simultaneous Notification"), that allows for the actions executed via PC browser screens, mobile browser screens and API requests to be sent to external URLs.

Conductor

Someone who leads the incident to a solution

Simultaneous Notification

Feature that notifies multiple people simultaneously of Incident occurrence/condition to Project Contacts and/or Guests via designated methods.
