Posting Timeline Messages

You can communicate with Contacts and record activities by posting messages on the Timeline in the Incident Details.

You can also post messages via API from external systems.

Instructions

Within [Incident Details], enter your message in the entry field at the bottom of the Timeline and press [Enter] key.

Useful features

You can attach files by clicking the icon on the right of the entry field, or by dragging and dropping the file.

Markdown can be used.（Markdown Syntax）

You can edit/delete your message from the drop-down menu near the right side of your message.

You can quote messages from the drop-down menu near the right side of the message.

Error message

An error message will be displayed if the message exceeds 10000 characters.
